In my increasingly limited spare time, I'm into Leroc jive dancing. Bristol and the South West have a very active Modern Jive scene, with Leroc classes taking place at various locations every night of the week.

I also have a purple belt in Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate, or Combat Karate. This is a full-contact form of the martial art, which incorporates grappling and weapons training as well as the sparring and drills (wax on, wax off) more often associated with karate.

It was my boyfriend, musician Jonny Henderson, who introduced me to my first client in the musical world. Jonny also shaped my musical tastes to include the likes of Soulive, John Scofield and Larry Goldings. However, I have to confess that I also attended Take That's reunion concert in May last year - purely for nostalgia's sake of course :)
